Our Preferred Techniques

• Vertical only reduction mammoplasty: This breast reduction technique is a viable option for those who want to remove approximately 1.7 pounds (800 grams) from each breast. This procedure allows for a more projecting and pleasing breast shape with limited scarring, and often maintains significant sensory innervation to the nipple-areola complex.
• Liposuction only reduction: Younger patients with adequate skin tone can greatly benefit from this technique. The procedure removes the excess fat from the breast without leaving any significant scarring.

Patients can think of undergoing mastopexy or breast lift surgery, when they have lost the natural breast shape due to weight loss, aging, or breast feeding. The procedure helps to re-establish a natural, youthful looking breast form with a nipple and an areola location on the most projected portion of the breast. The most common procedure involves making incisions around the areola and from the areola to the base of the breast.
